Bit of a self promo post but jut wanted to let you know how we're getting on, we now have several new tools!

Thermal Expansion

We now have calculators for estimating the thermal expansion of materials! There are calculators for linear, area and volumetric to cover whatever situation is best. The calculator will also convert units so don't worry about converting them first!

Beam Deflection

We've added a set of four calculators to help you find the Deflection of a Beam! They cover the 4 basic deflection scenarios for Cantilever Beams and Simply Supported Beams, plenty to get you started building that bridge...

Reliability

We now have a set of calculators for Lifetime testing, MTBF, MTTR, Failure Rate and Reliability to help you plan your maintenance and design component redundancy into your systems!

Stress, Strain and Young's Modulus

This is a set of the classic engineering calculators; Stress, Strain and Young's Modulus. These calcs will help you find the young's modulus of a material by calculating stress and strain first, and works with all sorts of units! no need for conversion tables!
